DECKARTS/ SKATEBOARD WALL ART
A triptych at deckarts is three Grade-A Canadian maple decks mounted side by side, each standing vertically — one panoramic composition across 70 × 85 cm. At that scale, the image stops being decoration and becomes the room. Van Gogh's almond blossoms spread across the wall. Klimt's Tree of Life fills the space between the panels with gold. Bosch's Last Judgment becomes genuinely unsettling at something closer to the scale it was designed for.
The triptych format has a history: medieval altarpieces were triptychs, and so were the devotional paintings that decorated the private chapels of wealthy Flemish merchants in the fifteenth century. Bosch's Garden of Earthly Delights and Last Judgment are real three-panel altarpieces, so reproducing them across three decks follows the original structure rather than imposing one.
Every triptych is printed in UV ink cured directly onto Grade-A 7-ply Canadian maple. No glazing, so nothing to crack and no glare from any angle. Ships from Berlin with a spacing guide; the three wall mounts are sold separately in our display accessories.
Measure the wall first: 70 cm wide by 85 cm tall. Also available as a single deck (85 × 20 cm) or a diptych (two decks, 45 × 85 cm).
