Retro Pixel UI Tools Skateboard Wall Art
Retro pixel UI -- the visual language of early digital interfaces and the first generation of graphical paint programs rendered as art. Two columns of bevelled grey toolbar buttons run down a light grey deck, each holding a pixel-art tool icon: free-form and rectangle select, eraser, paint bucket, eyedropper, magnifier, pencil, brush, spray can, text "A", line, curve, rectangle, polygon, ellipse and rounded rectangle -- mostly black, with small touches of teal, blue, yellow and red. Bitmap-style tool icons like these from the 1980s-90s computing era have aged into nostalgia, the same way that 1950s diners and 1970s typography did before them. This deck is for people who remember when the cursor was always a blinking square. Printed in gallery-quality UV ink on Grade-A Canadian maple.
