DeckArts is an independent online retail business based in Berlin, Germany. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, the customer must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting us at hello@deckarts.com.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged during shipping

The item received is incorrect

The item differs significantly from the product description

The customer decides to return a non-custom item that is unused and in original condition
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products made specifically for the customer

Items showing signs of use, wear, or improper handling

Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the return

For damaged items, include clear photos of the item and packaging

Wait for return authorization and return instructions

Return the item securely packaged
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs

If the item is damaged or incorrect, DeckArts covers the return shipping costs

For voluntary returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time is usually within 5–7 business days after receipt of the return
Refund amounts

Full refund for damaged or incorrect items

Refund of the product price for eligible voluntary returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Payments for custom products are non-refundable
Exchanges
DeckArts does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved
We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
International orders
The same return conditions apply to international orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. Refunds are processed in the original payment currency.
